HRWS-800 horizontal pipe shredding unit is mainly used for shredding of large diameter PE, PVC and other pipes and some big special shape plastic lumps. Its special structure allows the pipe to be shredded without cutting. The hydraulic pusher device changes the previous hydraulic cylinder advancement, further increasing the stability and maneuverability of the machine. Applications:PE, PVC, PP and other large diameter pipe, large diameter corrugated pipe, bulk head stock and other shreds.
This machine can shred the pipe and the head material that can't be processed by the crusher in one time. It is an ideal product for enterprise recycling. This machine has the characteristics of high output, low noise, saving manpower, safety and reliability.

Blade
● Each moving knife has 4 cutting edges, which can be rotated 90°after wear to continue to use;
● The blade on the rotor is detachable for easy cleaning, maintenance and maintenance;
● The movable knife adopts the “V” type installation method, which makes the rotary cutter evenly cut the whole work, reduces energy consumption and reduces noise;
