Dry Washing Line for Woven Bags
The water free woven bag washing line is a dry cleaning recycling system built for heavily used PP woven bags. Instead of the conventional washing tank process, the line removes dust, cement powder, flour residue and mineral powder from crushed woven bag flakes through friction, grinding, collision and air separation. The cleaning stage therefore needs no process water and produces no washing wastewater, while the material keeps the same cleaning target for downstream pelletizing. Baled or loose used bags are fed in, and clean dry PP flakes come out, ready for extrusion and pelletizing.
Compared with a traditional wet washing line, this water free configuration removes the water tank, the screw conveyor washer and the effluent treatment equipment from the project, which reduces floor space, civil work and the daily cost of water and sludge handling. The dry process also avoids the wet material handling problem that slows down drying in humid climates. Because the cleaning action is mechanical, the line performs consistently on cement bags, flour bags and mineral powder bags without changing chemicals or water temperature. Wear parts and screens are designed for abrasive powder, so maintenance stays predictable when the input material is dirty.
